Had the recall for the starlink system in our Forester. Upfront they made it clear it would take at least two and half hours. Kept me updated and the dealership is comfortable. Friendly staff, repair done in good time. Having just lost my husband of 47 years three weeks ago, a car dealership was the last place I wished to be.
