Phone service is horrible no answer went to voice mail . Called two days in a row. Called a salesman Gary went extra mile and went to service and gave message to call me . Need a receptionist would solve problem my opinion!! This was my first experience with this dealership new to area moved from Greenville SC. At first with PHONE service I would never go back ! The Service advisor Charles Francis is outstanding and one of the reasons that I have my car serviced there. From the moment I pull in I'm hope he is working that day.
