Recently completed a service and needed a new fan motor. My service manager ordered the motor, scheduled the installation appt, and called with an update on the part which required that I delay the installat My service manager ordered the motor, scheduled the installation appt, and called with an update on the part which required that I delay the installation appt. I truly appreciated the service manager's courtesy. When I picked up the car following the fan motor installation, I was pleased to see that the car had been washed. Thank you SUBARU service! More
