Good dealership. Charles is the best. I have never had complaint but I thought windshield wiper was covered under 36 month warranty but I was charged over 100 dollars Charles is the best. I have never had complaint but I thought windshield wiper was covered under 36 month warranty but I was charged over 100 dollars for replacement.My previous Outback they were replaced at no cost during the warranty. I live in Savannah and will drive past the other Subaru dealer in savannah to Peacock Subaru/AutoNation Subaru, My wife is on her second Outback from Peacock Subaru and I just purchased my 1st Outback for dealer in savannah to Peacock Subaru/AutoNation Subaru, My wife is on her second Outback from Peacock Subaru and I just purchased my 1st Outback for myself. I guess we are a Subaru family now. We get all of our services done their as well, everyone is great from Spencer and Charles in service, who is willing to do what it takes to accommodate you. Adam Santarelli in sales who is very friendly informative and certainly not pushy, And Bill Harper who wraps it all up making you feel like family as well. These three are a great asset to the company all working in unison. Peacock Subaru would not be the same with out any of the three, they make the company. I refer everyone to Peacock Subaru when looking for a vehicle or to just have theirs serviced. They will not be disappointed. More
