It was the 34th day of being without a vehicle, in a new place finding it difficult to get to car dealerships, a call came in the manager of Auto Nation Subaru Hilton Head inquiring if I was still interested in the Crosstrek. Advising him that I was, but I had no transportation to Hilton Head some 33 miles away. He immediately said that they could come and pick me up. I'm sorry to say that I forgot this persons name even though I also met him at the dealership. By that afternoon I was test driving the Crosstrek and by the end of the afternoon I was driving it home. Blake took me for a test drive, answered all the questions I had. and introduced me to several others that I would also be working with during the purchase and after.. This was the most enjoyable time I've had purchasing a vehicle. I drove away from there knowing I had a team at Subaru available to assist. In fact I look forward to the follow up visit, in ten days where I will ask Bill many questions and get additional information about the car that was too much for me to take in on on day of purchase. I was delighted to hear about this added support. I am a Senior and have purchased many a vehicles in my life.. The one on one treatment from the staff at Subaru Hilton Head far outshines any other dealership I've encounter. Check out Subaru Hilton Head for great customer service. Good dealership. Charles is the best. I have never had complaint but I thought windshield wiper was covered under 36 month warranty but I was charged over 100 dollars Charles is the best.
