It was the 34th day of being without a vehicle, in a new place finding it difficult to get t The word to explain this dealership and its personnel. It was the 34th day of being without a vehicle, in a new place finding it difficult to get to car dealerships, a call came in the manager of Auto Nation Subaru Hilton Head inquiring if I was still interested in the Crosstrek. Advising him that I was, but I had no transportation to Hilton Head some 33 miles away. He immediately said that they could come and pick me up. I'm sorry to say that I forgot this persons name even though I also met him at the dealership. By that afternoon I was test driving the Crosstrek and by the end of the afternoon I was driving it home. Blake took me for a test drive, answered all the questions I had. and introduced me to several others that I would also be working with during the purchase and after.. This was the most enjoyable time I've had purchasing a vehicle. I drove away from there knowing I had a team at Subaru available to assist. In fact I look forward to the follow up visit, in ten days where I will ask Bill many questions and get additional information about the car that was too much for me to take in on on day of purchase. I was delighted to hear about this added support. I am a Senior and have purchased many a vehicles in my life..
