Most of my interactions AutoNation Subaru have been with their service department. Spencer and Charles have been very helpful. They are kind, honest and communicate realistic expectations. I recently trade their service department. Spencer and Charles have been very helpful. They are kind, honest and communicate realistic expectations. I recently traded my Subaru Legacy in for a 2022 Forester Sport. The transaction process was smooth and took the usual couple of hours from start to finish. I enjoy the staff and know most on a first name basis. Subaru's are very reliable vehicles. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle I'd recommend AutoNation Subaru Hilton Head. More
