I was there for my 30,000 mile checkup. I was greeted quickly as I arrived. Although the estimated wait time was 4 hours, I was through in only two hours! Spencer went above and beyond to get our GPS/Radio replaced that was only replaced a little over a year ago by another Subaru dealer in Virginia. Even though it was out of warranty he still managed t replaced that was only replaced a little over a year ago by another Subaru dealer in Virginia. Even though it was out of warranty he still managed to get the unit replaced with a new one. We truly appreciate the professionalism and attention to customer service and exceeding our expectations! Salespeople there are NOT pushy, they have limited avail inventory but that’s everywhere right now. Pleased I was able to secure a Crosstrek without paying over msp, and got great savings on appearance an inventory but that’s everywhere right now.
