The manager of your Service area explain that the problem was probably created by the outside firm that did repairs on my front end, he was correct. The people in your Sales area were purely “commercial” ready to sell me another car. This is my third Subaru, the first a Forester (2016?) purchased in Daytona had a car key issue…sometimes will not allow the driver to remove the key from the car, second was a Legacy, fast and had a comfortable interior but was not an SUV which I preferred but was not available during the China flew scare, now I drive my second Forester and I am happy. What else can I say? My 84 year old wife is happy too. More

On the down side Subaru must get a way to disable the fuel saving button that shuts off fuel at a stop -- On the plus side the foot room is amazing.
