Hoy, durante el proceso de compra llega el manager según a explicarme sobre la cotización del carro que pretendía entregar a cuenta, y al yo involucrar al vendedor en la conversación ya que no entendía algunos términos que estaba usando, se levanto de su asiento de forma grosera y le dijo al vendedor que terminara de hablar conmigo. Totalmente una actitud despota y descriminatoria con la cual no solo pisoteó el excelente trabajo de venta de Wilfredo Cordero, sino que también me dejó claro que el dinero de nosotros los latinos no es bien recibido en un lugar como este. Very Dissapointed of this dealer!! So far, I have made two appointments for maintenance and "both times" I have had a very bad experience . The first time, when I showed up they said "You don't have any appointment" and after waiting " for about an hour" I asked if my car was ready and they said "no" is not ready yet. And I saw my car parked in front and I said: yes, That is my car!! and He said "no, that is not your car" and after I insisted, He went and make sure and He came back and said: oh! Yo really know your car...yes, it is your car and is ready!! In my second appointment for an Oil and filter change, I had no problem getting in and they took my car immediately . The advisor said: Go to the waiting room and we will let you know when your car is ready , but again after waiting one hour I got up and asked if my car was ready, and they sad "NO, not yet, we will let you know, but I saw my car parked and I said: that is my car!! and "yes" I was right , that was my car and it was there, ready and 'nobody' went and let me know that it was ready, .It was hard for me to find my keys!! Nobody knew where they were!!! After 5 days of this appointment I noticed that my car was leaking oil!!!! I took my car again ( I had to cancel my work appointments ) and they said that the oil filter ( that they changed 5 days a go ) was " no good". Horrible service, Horrible Customer Service!!! I am tired of this place!!!! DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!!!! More

When the manager ("Andy Power") came, we introduced ourselves and asked him if we can get a better price for the car. He immediately said: This is a loser car and I can't give you a better price. I'M NOT STUPID!. We asked him: why are you talking in this way. He responded by saying: I'M SPEAKING ENGLISH! we told him no one was saying that you were stupid, we are just kindly asking if you could give us a better price and you could respond nicely by saying sorry this is the best i can do! AND he also said that we had to make up our minds because it was 8:15 and they will close at 9:00 and he had to keep some employees just for us !!! even though there were other customers in the showroom! He didn't even have the courtesy to apologize ! He just got up and said go think about it. I told him the deal is off!! you are a disrespectful person and I left. I will NEVER go back to that place again and I will make sure that this complaint will reach his superiors. More

I was given this offer online (on 2/172015): 2014 Nissan Sentra 4dr Sdn I4 CVT SL MSRP $21,320 Manufacturer Incentive -$1,000 NMAC Capti I was given this offer online (on 2/172015): 2014 Nissan Sentra 4dr Sdn I4 CVT SL MSRP $21,320 Manufacturer Incentive -$1,000 NMAC Captive Cash - National -$500 AutoNation Savings -$2,990 SMARTCHOICESM PRICE $16,830 You Saved At Least $4,490 I called him to confirm the PRICE($16,830) and the model SL(leather), to avoid loosing job-hours and the trip from Hialeah. He said yes, that everything was right. His offer changed when I arrived there: Final number: +20K (way off from $16,800); plus no LEATHER. Plus he tried to trick me with the financing, giving me a 4.99% plus a need of down payment. FYI: Nissan is financing for 72 months at 0.0% in these model and is valid up to 3/2/15. And he knew that. My opinion: I have visited 3 dealers so far. In my opinion this Bob Jones is a lousy unscrupulous seller. He will use whatever resources he can to steal your money of your pocket. I know that this is the work of the seller, but he went too far with his disrespect, deceit and greed. IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING IF I WOULD RECOMMENDING HIM TO BUY YOUR CAR I am giving the benefit of the doubt to the dealer. More
