I had an excellent experience buying a new used car! My salesperson John Louvaris was personable and professional. Absolutely terrible service. The technician i used to go to here, left and warned me this place was going downhill fast. I should have listened. Brought my car in for a simple repair that they were aware of to here, left and warned me this place was going downhill fast. I should have listened. Brought my car in for a simple repair that they were aware of, my car sat there all day and i was finally told “the part never came in”. Whatever, that was okay, so i leave my car over the weekend because i was told the part would be in on Monday. Monday came around and i tried contacting my service technician Robert Blair multiple times, they deliberately ignore you here. Robert told me the par had come in around 11am and should be ready around 4:30. The tech finally calls me back at 5:30pm on Monday only to tell me the part never came in and “i should just come and get my car” mind you, they completely took apart my car and didnt have the part to replace it! They put an old part back on my car that they had laying around the shop. Got in touch with a manager Robert and he refused book me an appointment and make sure the part was in stock, he told me to talk to one of the service techs (the ones that cant communicate). Save your time and effort and do not go here. There is much better service out there. More

Terrible service. Sales person let me waiting for answer more than 20 min and when they have it she just walked out and left me with the financial person. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend I went to this dealer with my used car to trade in for a new car. The manager Christian Magdalena promised to give me $3,000 for my used car but their I went to this dealer with my used car to trade in for a new car. The manager Christian Magdalena promised to give me $3,000 for my used car but their system was down and asked for me to come back the next day for the check. When I went back, they were only willing to give me $2,300 now that I got the new car, they didn't care anymore. My sales rep Yusef was great but management knew they weren't gonna give me the amount they promised the day I got the new car. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More

I purchased the car Sept 3 and was promised free tints and one year of free maintenance.. still no tints and EVERYTIME I call my salesman I get the round around...I WILL NEVER recommend this dealership. The only reason I purchased the car from this dealership was that they were the only one that had the color and model in a 200 miles radius More

NEVER BUY HERE! CHEATING SALES MANAGEMENT! Was offered 34100 for total cash to close and requested 33500 since under strict budget for family. Was told no. Called in next day saying can meet halfway at 33800 if they can. They said too bad, no, one of the rebates in no longer available today and ended yesterday so now it's 35100! THEY NEVER TOLD MY WIFE AND I THAT WHILE WE WERE THERE OR WOULD HAVE PAID 34100 IF WE WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT!! Unbelievable they wouldn't make that clear knowing the price would be raised the next day just to push a profit and cheat a potential customer out of another $1000. They only spoke about another VPP rebate that I didn't qualify for and was never included but never once said $1000 rebate was ending the day we were there! For 2017 Nissan Murano Platinum White with Black interior midnight edition. Rep was Daniel Martinez and Sales Manager Andy Power. Strongly advise to NEVER BUY HERE to not get ripped off or cheated out of your money. If you still really want a Nissan, which I do love that car, just go to a different location and I'm sure you'll not just get a way better deal but exceptionally better service too! They also took almost 2 hours just to get me a final price number which was ridiculous when offering to pay in cash too. DON'T COME HERE! Save your money! SINCERELY! More

Andrew was able to give me all of the features I wanted, the color I asked for and provided a high level of service in a professional manner. Eric in financing was able to listen to where I wanted to be with the packages I wanted to add to the vehicle and he over came and exceeded those needs with a caring professional manner. Each of the people I worked with were very friendly and not pushy in their selling but made sure I got what I wanted with what I had to work with. I have only had the car for about 4 days and I've already had family members admire how beautiful it is and what great quality nissan provides. I'd recommend the Rogue and the dealership to anyone in the future because they're going to take care of you at this location. More
