I was there for service department (45k mile maintenance). Waiting area clean; employees pleasant. Service rep told me that a complimentary car wash and vacuum of only the front inside was inc maintenance). Waiting area clean; employees pleasant. Service rep told me that a complimentary car wash and vacuum of only the front inside was included with the service - car was washed (white soap streaks were visible - not a good job) but the inside front wasn't vacuumed. Once I arrived home and my husband checked under the hood, there was a cap missing from one of the fluid containers. More
