The process was simple and the staff were kind and knowledgeable. The only thing that prevented me from giving a perfect rating was that I had to mention on two different occasions at the tire pressur knowledgeable. The only thing that prevented me from giving a perfect rating was that I had to mention on two different occasions at the tire pressure was low on the vehicle that I was looking to purchase. Once I made the purchase I yet reminded them that the indicator light was still on. The service manager took the vehicle and added air, which make the indicator like go off. 4 days later the indicator light came back on as the tire pressure was low again. It would have been great to have inspected the tire for the leak rather than just adding air, would be the only ding against the dealership. Overall it's been a great experience, from the sales team to the GM. Thanks guys! More

The "Service Advisor" I made the initial service appointment with, never b The email I received to ask for this review didn't even get my name right. The "Service Advisor" I made the initial service appointment with, never bothered to enter my appointment into their system. The last time I spoke with her, she agreed to call me the next day to give me an idea as to when the work on my A/C would be done. Also she would have a tech explain to me what would be needed to fix some other issues my car has that I was concerned about, and what it would cost to correct them. This never happened. In fact I called in only to find that she was off work and, apparently, didn't mention what she had agreed to do for me to anyone who would be working that day. She didn't just drop the ball. She never picked it up to begin with! Fortunately, my A/C is now working fine. Well, in fairness, since my A/C is now working, maybe they EARNED a 1 instead of 0 (zero). More

Got level 1 service (Oil & Filter Change Full sythetic), Lady (Ms Dashara) assisting checkout was courteous and helpful, and knowledgeable. When I was charged more than the coupon, I was told that was the best he could do. Seriously?!? I have tried on 3 separate occasions over the past few years to have the recalls on my vehicle serviced. Each time I am told a different story why the recalls that I have been notified about by Nissan can’t be done. Hopefully these recalls will not kill me before I find somewhere to have the work done. Due to this service dept, I will never buy another car from this dealership! I could say more but I need to get back to work. More
