During my regular oil change appointment I asked the technician to also check the air conditioning since there was little cool air being circulated. The technician discovered a crack in the radiator, so I scheduled to have the repairs done to fix the air conditioning the next day. Derek was very courteous and professional and the service was done in a timely manner. The customer waiting room was very comfortable and clean.
