Terrible Customer Service Experience with Recall I took my car in today for service and to have a recall checked. The service person called and told me my car failed the recall, they would have to co I took my car in today for service and to have a recall checked. The service person called and told me my car failed the recall, they would have to confiscate it because it was at risk of blowing up, and they couldn't provide a rental car until tomorrow. When I explained I was 50 miles from home, they told me I'd have to find and pay for my own rental car today. I asked for my oil change to be comped because of this inconvenience and extra expense and was told they don't give discounts on oil changes. They showed absolutely zero concern over my being stranded 50 miles from home. More
Used cars I’ve had nothing but trouble with a 2009 Nissan Rogue. Two weeks after I bought the car I heard horrible noises. Took the car in each time they said n I’ve had nothing but trouble with a 2009 Nissan Rogue. Two weeks after I bought the car I heard horrible noises. Took the car in each time they said nothing was wrong. They knew they sold me a car from “xxxx”. Had less than 6 months needed new engine cradle, wheel bearings, motor mounts, new transmission and there are other things that are wrong. I paid 9000 for care and about 4000 in parts and repairs. At least the transmission was still under factory warranty. Can’t get rid of it since all my money is tied up in it. Sell it? I probably wouldn’t get near what I have in it. All I can say is DONT BUY A USED CAR from they. They tried to tell me I drove the car hard. I’m 63. Really Autonation Hacks Cross. You should be ashamed of taking advantage of an old woman. More

Best dealer we've experienced While our Leaf was being serviced, our other vehicle, a 2006 Saturn Vue, died on us. We returned to Autonation to purchase a replacement for the Vue. Tesh was VERY helpful and patient with us, and after looking at three different used vehicles, we ended up with a recent model Altima. We were very pleased with the customer service and our purchase, and we will return to Autonation for our future auto needs. More

Jon Tyler called me immediately and sent me a credit app by email. I sent the completed app back immediately, and never heard from this guy again. My credit was ran several times. I had no credit issues because I ended up buying a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from my home city when I didnt hear back from this place. Regardless of what my credit situation was, I expect a call back to keep me informed, especially since you've run my credit. Very unprofessional and unppreciated. Especially since it was an emergency to replace a car that had broken down. Time was of the essence. Do better! More
