This place has the most outstanding customer service Greet you with a smile and good morning. He even checked on us on his day off to make sure that we did not need further assistance. Josh, Keith and others stayed after hours so that we would not have to return the next day. Outstanding customer service! Pat is also an excellent salesman and very knowledgeable about the cars. He answered all our questions and helped us figure out all the bells and whistles before we drove off the lot. Overall, we have had good service and a good relationship with everyone who works there! I bought my car from this dealership, really good people and professional. Brandon took care of everything. However, there is scope to improve their service department. I had my first maintenance done here, and professional. Brandon took care of everything. However, there is scope to improve their service department. I had my first maintenance done here, called before to check if they have a shuttle car to drop me off. Was told they don’t due to covid, I said there are zero cases now and all the mandates are gone. But she said they don’t have it. I had to bring my wife second car to pick me up and then drop. More
