Took my truck in for repairs to the radiator and transmission fluid cooling system. It took two days to just get the diagnosis and parts ordered, then another day to finish the repairs. I purchased my Nissan at automation Memphis, and have been getting my vehicle serviced there as well. Whenever I am there my salesperson Patrick Henderson always asks why I'm there, how happy I am with been getting my vehicle serviced there as well. Whenever I am there my salesperson Patrick Henderson always asks why I'm there, how happy I am with my vehicle and if there is anything he can help me with. On this last visit I felt with two Service Coordinators Davison and Matt, both were very helpful and friendly. The Service Manager Mike McMullen was extremely helpful in answering my questions about a recall notice on my vehicle and went above and beyond in assuring my service was completed in a timely manner. He personally checked with the mechanic several times and let me know approximately how soon my service would be completed. More
