I purchased a 2015 ford F150 from these people on 03/14/2024. The truck didn’t even make it home before problems started. I tried to contact YOUNG LEE the salesman to no avail. He basically ghosted m 03/14/2024. The truck didn’t even make it home before problems started. I tried to contact YOUNG LEE the salesman to no avail. He basically ghosted me. I finally did get through to someone there with a promise they would return my call within the next day, that day hasn’t come yet! I guess I’m just going to have to live with a broken truck. Not happy about the situation, but life goes on! My advice is to stay away from this dealership! More

The absolute worst service dept I have ever dealt with who displays extremely poor communication skills and lack competence to customer service. It’s indicative to the poor education throughout the city w who displays extremely poor communication skills and lack competence to customer service. It’s indicative to the poor education throughout the city which I know first hand being a teacher for 20+ years!!!! After supposedly getting a diagnostic, it went from $1500 fuel pump to $2800 Harness to $5000 ECM. Granted 3 weeks before I paid $1500 for some front axle work which I believe created the problems I first spoke on by their incompetent mechanics!! I know this for a FACT bc I know several people who works there!!! One mechanic(John-white boy) told me in front of a service agent that my 2012 Nissan Versa was some junk and I need to buy a new. At the time it had approx 240k, now it has 360k and riding better than a new one with many more miles to go!!! Dam John!! Service will dodge your call at all cost for no dam reason, really sad pitiful until it happens to them!! I not paying 5k for something I didn’t do!! Corporate help is immediately needed!! This is atrocious!! More
