I was greeted immediately upon arrival. They checked me in and got me out without a long wait time. I was checked on during my wait and offered beverages. Good customer service!! Well the customer service was great, they are in the midst of a management change. While requesting an oil change, my tires were not rotated. Another issue was discovered which was handled (though I had midst of a management change. While requesting an oil change, my tires were not rotated. Another issue was discovered which was handled (though I had to bring my car back for a second appointment.) when the tires were rotated, the tech did not check the air pressure. When this was corrected, I left and got a quarter mile down the road and her to clinking noise. I probably turned around and it was discovered that two of the Lugnuts on the tire were loose. In addition they lost my wheel lock. I came back to the dealership and they did give me a new one, my original one was never found. Sonia and team worked very hard to make things right, but there were several hiccups. Hopefully things will go smoother next time. More
