I will be in there Friday morning to talk to the sales manager over used cars or another manager. My rental's tag has run out on top of everything and I got a ticket. Nobody at the dealership responds to me and I have every right to be upset. Ask Mark Miller. He is the one that sold me the 2016 Ford Focus and it has been in the shop at Autonation Ford for 2 months which is a month longer than I drove it. I came up there twice last week and nobody asked me if I needed help. I want my money back. This is beyond ridiculous and I have been made to feel like the bad guy here.
