The buying experience Tempe Hyundai was absolutely the best ever in 40 years of purchasing vehicles. It's ride and handling is sure, predictable, quiet, and comfortable. It acheives 34 mpg on the highway cruising at 75 mph and 27 mpg in mixed driving, and that is with the 3.3 V6 engine! It has been reliable and trouble-free from day one and I would recommend a Hyundai vehicle and Tempe Hyundai to anyone...It is not only a great value, it is a well built vehicle that competes favorably with much more expensive cars. David Aldrich, my Service Advisor at Tempe Hyundai, and the Tempe Hyundai Service Team have performed all of the routine maintenance right the first time, in a timely fashion, and without any hidden add-ons or unnecessary service and parts, at a fair price. Upon arriving at the dealership for my online service appointment I was met by a Service Advisor who, when learning that I was looking for Donna immediatly directed me to her area inside. Once inside she appointment I was met by a Service Advisor who, when learning that I was looking for Donna immediatly directed me to her area inside. Once inside she verified the reason for my appointment and showed me the refreshments the dealership offered for its service customers and explained that the service & parts areas were undergoing remodeling and hoped that I was not put off by the work being done. After walking around my vehicle & checking for any damage & that all the lights were working they took it back to be serviced. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would recommend this dealership to all. More
Agent was very helpful when I pulled up. She asked if I had an appointment to which I stated no. As I was leaving my residence on Saturday afternoon, a light came on so I immediately came to the dealershi had an appointment to which I stated no. After seeing which light was lit up, the agent checked my gas tank cap to make sure it was secure which it was. Agent then told me it would be approximately 2 hours to look at and fix the problem, and in 2 hours I was out the door with problem fixed and no charge since it was under my warranty. Very satisfied as always with your dealership. More

Can't say enough about my service advisor Ryan Hatch. On many occasions Ryan has helped me with my 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe. He has always been courteous and very helpful. This past Saturday I brought my car in for its usual 3000 mile oil change. Unfortunately the motor mounts in my car were broken and need to be repaired. Only the warranty was under my ex-husband’s name and I also changed my name back to my maiden name. Therefore, the registration and warranty did not match. Ryan worked very hard to have my warranty changed and even listened to me vent. He was Patient and very Courteous, a true Professional. Plus, Ryan advised me of other warranty work that was needed. Hyundai of Tempe surpassed all my expectations. From the first phone call until the work was completed all of the staff were courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. They noted other things that weren't under warranty and advised me of their importance. No strong pressure tactics to get the work done if not extremely crucial for the safety of my car. I took my 2008 Azera into Tempe Hyundai to replace the battery and for the 40,000 mile service. They were very attentive and got right on the car.
