"Every" time that I go in for service, whether scheduled or unplanned, Casey is always full of vibrant energy, infectious kindness and always has a proactive resolution to offer his customers. I can always depend on him to produce a win/win outcome so that both Hyundai's and my goals as a customer are met. This is unique these days as many car dealerships (especially in the Service Dept) have forgotten the concept of "teamwork." Because Casey is "consistently" well informed, a proactive problem solver and always provides a stellar level of customer service, I make Hyundai of Tempe my first choice for all of my families car needs. I also refer others and inform friends and family that if they purchase a car from you, they will be in very capable, trustworthy and reliable hands and that they can expect top notch service when having their car serviced EVERY time. Needed some warranty and non-warranty work done on the care. Worked with Casey in getting all of it done. The service department is great. The very first time I had to use roadside assistance and they were great too. Having my car towed the the dealer wasnt something that I thought would happen Wednesday mor had to use roadside assistance and they were great too. Having my car towed the the dealer wasnt something that I thought would happen Wednesday morning on my way to the dealership. Called roadside and I had a truck to me within 30 min. When I got to the dealer I met with David to tell him what was going on. He assured me that everything was fine and that he would take care of me. He even called to give me an update on my car as he knew I was worried. Keep up the fantastic job however I hope not to see you guys for awhile =) More
The service is very personal. Dave always either remembers me or looks me up in the computer before I get there so I feel very welcome and like a friend is helping me. He goes out of his way. I was very pleased with my visit. All the problems with my car were fix by the end of the day. It turned out that all the repairs were covered by my warranty. I have to say the service has vastly improved. In previous years I worked with a gentleman that made my experience there horrible. I am glad to see that he is no longer with the company. Hyundai of Tempe is the best Hyundai dealership in town. I originally had wanted to purchase my 2009 Sonata at the Tempe location but had to travel to the 24th Avenue and Camelback shop for the color and mo I originally had wanted to purchase my 2009 Sonata at the Tempe location but had to travel to the 24th Avenue and Camelback shop for the color and model I wanted at the time of purchase. Since I bought my car over 2 years ago, I've been using the Camelback dealership for service, repairs, etc because it is closer to work. However, Hyundai of Tempe is VERY close to home. Recently, I had been having problems with my vehicle en route to work. I pulled off the highway and pulled into Hyundai of Tempe..and I'm so glad I did. The staff was helpful, courteous, and accommodating when the issue was not first resolved. I didn't feel like I was given the run around and was confident with my service advisor. This is great news because since the Hyundai dealership in N Phoenix changed ownership to a Nick Mayer dealership I haven't been very satisfied with my service. I believe this experience has made it so that I will be a Hyundai of Tempe customer from now on. I know I will be in good hands if/when I have service needs in the future - or when I go to purchase a new Hyundai! More
I always have a great experience at the dealership. My Elantra is almost 5 years old and I have nothing but excellent service from my representative Donna and also Ryan.
