their service has really gone downhill. I took my car in with an appointment to get a lube oil filter and a tire rotation. After 3 1/2 hours I went to see what the holdup was and they told I took my car in with an appointment to get a lube oil filter and a tire rotation. After 3 1/2 hours I went to see what the holdup was and they told me that they had not quite finished the oil change and we're getting ready to do the tire rotation. I told him to skip the tire rotation and the car wash and just bring me my car so I could get on with my life. More
