Battery went dead at my house so had Hyundai roadside assistance jump our 2020 Hyundai Elantra and drove it to Auto Nation Hyundai Tempe where we purchased our car. Corbin was fantastic to work with & my car was well washed when they did my service - which I assume was good since I can’t see oil changes. But most everyone else I saw or interacted with were unfrie washed when they did my service - which I assume was good since I can’t see oil changes. But most everyone else I saw or interacted with were unfriendly & somewhat rude. Went inside to ask how to pick up my car from service & 2 sales people didn’t even acknowledge my existence, no one was at the front counter. I stood there for couple of minutes & then said excuse me fairly loudly & then a salesperson said - the walkway is over there. Not the most professional place at all but they are convenient & Corbin was great. More
My husband and I bought several cars from Tempe Hyundai. I recently had an oil change and had to wait 3 hours to pick up my vehicle. This dealership is under construction which seems to have added extensive time waits. I called the week before my oil change as I wanted to have an item checked when my oil was being changed and was told to speak with the service rep when I arrived. I was told that the item I wanted checked would need to be done at another time which means another 3 hour wait. Highly inconvenient. The multi point check is not as extensive as before. My recent check gave my no information on the condition of my brakes other than OK. So, am I at 3mm, 4mm or what. To me this means that the tech probably just looked thru the tires to see the brake pads but no measurement. The form says I need a cabin and air filter but I replaced those, so due to mileage you probably just say I need one without actually checking the filters. I don't know if this is a new practice at all Hyundai dealers but I find it substandard. The price for an oil change is $79.00 - which is excessive. I will try another dealer to see if the service is better. The personnel are polite but probably overworked and stressed. More

I would refer because I’ve only had one bad experience lately and that was in the car service Dept. However, my last experience was not good at all. In fact, I still haven’t gotten a return call but it’s lately and that was in the car service Dept. However, my last experience was not good at all. In fact, I still haven’t gotten a return call but it’s horrendous since the construction and service is awful and my car is under warranty and I needed a potential problem checked and was told they’d need to keep my car 3-5 days because they were backed up with a loaner at my expense! I’m now going to have to call another dealer for service and I’ve been going only to this one since like 2006. We’ve bought several cars here and the buying experience was good but car service has been bad the last year or so. It’s not a wonder my former service advisor left along with a couple other good ones. Tempe Hyundai needs to get their act together before this construction is complete not after! On top of that, my tires were at least checked and I’m short and they moved all the seat adjustments which was not necessary (just putting seat back would have been enough) and some panel settings. it took me half a day to get them back to how I had them and I had to research because I’d forgotten how to work the settings!
