AutoNation Hyundai Tempe is a pretty good dealership, despite a previous negative experience. I recently went back after about a year and the service drive and Department totally wer revamped. It looked despite a previous negative experience. I recently went back after about a year and the service drive and Department totally wer revamped. It looked nice in appearance compared to before. New service advisors that were welcoming made for a positive restart. I'm going to continue taking in my Veloster to AutoNation Hyundai Tempe until they xxxx me off again. For now my revisit was positive advisors were welcoming and attentive. I was impressed with the improved service department. Brought my car in for its first oil change. The two guys in the service department that I dealt with were both helpful and have convinced me that this is the only dealer that I will take my ca The two guys in the service department that I dealt with were both helpful and have convinced me that this is the only dealer that I will take my car to for service. The only complaint I have is that I booked the appointment online and didn't realize that I would be waiting in the lounge for 2.5 hours for the service to complete. I know for next time, though! Was glad to get an appointment within a couple of weeks of my initial call. Not all Hyundai dealers could do that. I was taken on time, and the car was done during the promised time period. Was also nice t of my initial call. Not all Hyundai dealers could do that. I was taken on time, and the car was done during the promised time period.
