Poor reception upon arrival. Arrived 7:20 for 7:30 appt. 1 person working client outside while 4 others sat at terminals. No one came out to greet me. You know I don't really need to go to a dealership for just a regular oil change. But I value the personable treatment of the service advisor, Ms. Ashley, she gives importance to her customers.
