This dealership is two hours drive from me. I called and asked "does this dealership sell at MSRP with no dealership add ons or mark ups?" I was told yes. I arrive at the dealership and the I called and asked "does this dealership sell at MSRP with no dealership add ons or mark ups?" I was told yes. I arrive at the dealership and the sales manager create a sheet that has window tint, a paint & interior protection, etc. etc. etc. We go back and forth and finally get rid of all the dealership add ons but it was a total waste of my time! Also regarding a trade in.....this dealership uses NADA Guide values when trying to sell you a "used" vehicle however, at time of buying a new car the sales manager tells me "no dealership uses NADA Guide values, we all use Kelly Blue Book....you're familiar with Kelly Blue Book aren't you?". Very condescending and again, a huge waste of my time. Come on Auto Nation Hyundai.....you can do so much better! More

Financing ruined the experience, it's one thing to tell finance you want to stay with the bank that has you pre-approved and then he switches your finance to the dealers preferred bank, no explanation, ask finance you want to stay with the bank that has you pre-approved and then he switches your finance to the dealers preferred bank, no explanation, asks for deposit, which I put down and fails to mention whom the lien holder is. Absolutely dishonest. 2 stars for the sales agent. I have 0 stars for finance dept, Don't get me started on the service dept. when I returned 2 weeks later, I'm yet to write my review on that, still trying to get over the horrible experience. More

My purchase from AutoNation Hyundai-Tempe was a pleasant experience. John Olson helped facilitate the transaction before and after the price was negotiated with Corey Stryker over the phone. The sales staff were friendly, however too much haggling for getting a fair trade value and I settled $800 short which I regret. The dealer listed my trade for resale almost $4k more than they gave. They also kept on the $1200 of dealer added fees of dent and appearance protection which made up form them “coming down on the inflated sales price”, and they told me they were losing $1200 on the sale to me. Car was mostly clean on the inside, but I had to put air in 3 tires on my brand new car the next day as they were below psi standard of 33 when I left the lot that night. Again Staff friendly, but detail issues with tires and needed some additional hair vacuumed out in the passenger seat. The car was driven down from Prescott so had 170 miles on it. I am not sure I would purchase here again based on the overall experience. More
