Tempe Hyundai service team is nothing short of amazing. I took my Palisade in cause we believed the engine was misfiring, it was initially cleared and I got my vehicle back. As I was pulling out of the par I took my Palisade in cause we believed the engine was misfiring, it was initially cleared and I got my vehicle back. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, my vehicle started to misfire again, Max the Man, hopped in the car with no hesitation so I could show him my issue and he immediately took it back to get the issue resolved. The following day he got me a loaner and took just amazing care of me through the entire repair process, which was longer than usual due to it being covered under my extended warranty. Max is by far the best and most honest service rep I have ever worked with and is the reason I would purchase a vehicle from Tempe Hyundai. Also huge shout out to Smoove from sales, he'll be my sales guy when the time comes, another honest and real dude at Tempe. Thank you all for everything. More
