I attempted to buy the only remaining 2009 Elantra on the lot. The price quoted by Tony (Internet manager) was $13,284. I decided not to purchase. Two days later I called back and Tony offered me a deal on lot. The price quoted by Tony (Internet manager) was $13,284. I decided not to purchase. Two days later I called back and Tony offered me a deal on a new 2010 model. I called him back and made a new offer on the 2009: $1,000 below the 2010 price. The price, according to Tony, included taxes and fees. I drove to the dealership and Jordy began the paperwork. He then added all manner of fees, including taxes. I do not blame him for this; he was following orders. I told him the figures were wrong. Jordy blamed Tony, saying he was a new employee and not yet skilled. The manager and Tony walked over and Tony flat out denied what he had told me over the phone. The manager told me the figures were unrealistic. I can only infer that Tony lied rather than own up to the deal he offered me. I would never go to that dealership again. More
When I walked into the dealer I felt a relief rush over my body. There is a good sense of energy in the place. The staff and sales associates were simply delightful. They were friendly, respectful, and most importantly not pushy. Furthermore, the deal I received was amazing! Even the car porter came and offered to assist me while I waited for my new Hyundai, which wasn't long. I was in and out in about 2 hours flat. If you need a new or used Hyundai or need to learn how to treat/service customers stop in to O'Hare Hyundai. The team assembled is magnificent and well-organized by their manager Steve. Thanks to Tony and Ray for treating me like my business mattered. For all other Hyundai or car dealers in general...they have something special over at O'Hare Hyundai try to duplicate it please for the sake of all us customers who know nothing about buying a new car. We had pleasant phone conversation with Tom Wojcik and met Mike Obal early morning to close the sale and pick up our new car early last Saturday morning. Mike was welcoming, informative and gave us probably the best new car orientation we have ever had anywhere ! The dealership has an expansive inventory which allowed us to find the much sought after black car. The sale price and availability trumped any other Hyundai dealer in the Chicago area. The finance officer was polite and efficient. We finished business in no time. Santa Fe Hyundais are popular cars. Anyone searching should consider this dealersahip first. More

I purchased a pre driven car on December 15th, 2009. I was greeted by Michael Obal who is a sales representive. From the time that I arrived, took a test drive and purchased my vehicle, Mike was very cord was greeted by Michael Obal who is a sales representive. From the time that I arrived, took a test drive and purchased my vehicle, Mike was very cordial and never did I feel any pressure. I was given a fair price on my vehicle and I am very happy with it. Mike has since called me to ask if I had any problems and to say that he was available for anything that might come up. The customer service at O'Hare Hyundai is very good. I had been to two other dealers before I went to O'hare Hyundai and I wasn't near as comfortable with them. I will definately recommend this dealer to my friends and family. More
Although the overall sales experience was great, we had issue with the finance manager from the Honda dealer not Hyundai as the Hyundai finance manager had already gone home. We felt the finance manager wa issue with the finance manager from the Honda dealer not Hyundai as the Hyundai finance manager had already gone home. We felt the finance manager was purposely misleading and confusing with regards to the extended service, etching, and tire warranty service contracts to the extent that we almost walked away from the deal. Because the costs were more than expected, we requested clarification of the contracts and pricing, he then made rude and disparaging comments, blaming us for misunderstanding his "clear presentation". We had asked for pricing of all, were given a price, a discount, then a total but when he filled in the sales information the costs were approximately double what was quoted. We questioned this information and were told the price quoted was for the extended warranty only, the etching was additional and the tire warranty wasn't even quoted! This is the 2nd new Hyundai vehicle we purchased and was a much different and worse finance experience when compared to the first experience we had about 2 years ago. We have already recommended this dealership to others but have warned them about the finance personnel! More
