Excellent buying experience. No pressure, just a straight forward deal. I would recommend O’Hare to anyone. We made the deal and I asked if I could get out with the car in an hour as I had an appoin straight forward deal. I would recommend O’Hare to anyone. I don't think I ever purchased a car that fast. On the way home, Jordy called me because he saw a scratch on the steering wheel and they would like to replace the insert whenever I had time. I never noticed it, but I thought it was a nice gesture that they would notice it and offer to replace the part! Again, I would recommend O'Hare to anyone. More
The best new car buying experience I have had. When the Guys got in the vehicle I was looking for, they called me and I told them to get the paperwork ready, I would be down in an hour. I was considering leasing but wasn't sure if it was the right program for me. So, after doing some homework on-line, I went to the dealership with a lot of questions. They explained the program clearly and precisely and addressed all my concerns. In the end, I leased a 2011 Sonata and couldn't be happier! I received a great price on a great product! Additionally, I received more for my trade than I anticipated. What a nice surprise! Everyone in the dealership was friendly and enthusiastic. I was congratulated by everyone I came in contact with, they definitely made me feel like I had made the right choice. I bought my 2011 Sonata from O'hare Hyundai a few days ago and had Michael Obal as my sales person. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. There was no haggling on the price since I had a internet quote, my trade negotiation went smoothly as well. Michael is the opposite of the stereotypical car salesman. This is our 5th Hyundai. We bought our previous 4 from another dealer that was not so kind to us on our 5th, so we walked if they are too busy for our business. I emailed SEVERAL dealers and then toda another dealer that was not so kind to us on our 5th, so we walked if they are too busy for our business. I emailed SEVERAL dealers and then today called and spoke with Mr. Jack Kim. He was SO nice and said bring all of the written emails and they will see what they could do. (I had some seriously great prices.) They matched the price, and beat it by just under a $100. We knew they were cutting profit by matching this price. Jack Kim, and his manager Ray, could NOT have been ANY NICER!!! We would go back there first to purchase another car, if we needed one. I thought it was the most pleasant experience purchasing a car ever. We previously had walked out on 2 others for games and the 'run around'. Thank you MR. JACK KIM!! You were awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I attempted to buy the only remaining 2009 Elantra on the lot. The price quoted by Tony (Internet manager) was $13,284. I decided not to purchase. Two days later I called back and Tony offered me a deal on lot. The price quoted by Tony (Internet manager) was $13,284. I decided not to purchase. Two days later I called back and Tony offered me a deal on a new 2010 model. I called him back and made a new offer on the 2009: $1,000 below the 2010 price. The price, according to Tony, included taxes and fees. I drove to the dealership and Jordy began the paperwork. He then added all manner of fees, including taxes. I do not blame him for this; he was following orders. I told him the figures were wrong. Jordy blamed Tony, saying he was a new employee and not yet skilled. The manager and Tony walked over and Tony flat out denied what he had told me over the phone. The manager told me the figures were unrealistic. I can only infer that Tony lied rather than own up to the deal he offered me. I would never go to that dealership again. More
