Michael worked very hard making sure that I was very comfortable in the sales process. No high pressure but just a good, friendly, imformative discussion about the vehicle I was interested in. I had a price from another dealer and Michael made sure that he could compete with that offer and in fact beat it. He was very professional in both appearance and manner. He displayed a good knowledge of the vehicle and after I purchased it, he went over everything in detail and made sure I understood how everything in the vehicle worked. The car was delivered to me in perfect condition (clean,no dings or scratches etc). Michael took the time to show me the service department and introduced me to the service manager. A few days after I purchased the vehicle, Michael called to see if I had any problems or question and thanked me again for my business. I felt this was a nice touch and showed that this dealership appreciated your business and not just " sell it and forget it." I would highly recommed this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Hyundai and would certainly recommend that they work with Michael Obal. More

I had not anticipated making a purchase decision and taking receipt of the vehicle on my initial visit to O'Hare Hyundai. But once I decided to commit on a buy-decision, given that I had not been accompanied by a spare driver on this occasion, Mason personally drove the vehicle a considerable distance from the dealer's Des Plaines location to my home in order to complete an immediate delivery. If you want polite, professional, and honest service, I would highly commend O'Hare Hyundai and Mason to your attention. More

Michael Obal proved to be a very efficient, no-nonsense salesman, with no gimmicks and phony friendliness. I had been to several dealers in the last two days before coming to O'Hare Hyundai. What I really appreciated was that Michael was very sensitive to the fact that I was worn down and disappointed by previous refusals at other dealers both at Hyundai and Ford dealerships in the Chicago area. I told him that I wanted a speedy process and he obliged. When we agreed on a price for the new car and my trade-in, he moved me quickly and efficiently thru the paperwork and the rest of it. It took less than two hours. I really appreciated that. I would recommend Michael Obal and the rest of the sales staff at O'Hare. (My only complaint---and it's a small one, almost inconsequential, but nevertheless the kind that gets noticed by customers---is that Tom, the manager, did not shake my hand at the end of the deal; he merely walked away and engaged with another person. That was not a good way to end a relationship where I had just written a check for $7500). More
