The best new car buying experience I have had. When the Guys got in the vehicle I was looking for, they called me and I told them to get the paperwork ready, I would be down in an hour. This is our 5th Hyundai. We bought our previous 4 from another dealer that was not so kind to us on our 5th, so we walked if they are too busy for our business. I emailed SEVERAL dealers and then toda another dealer that was not so kind to us on our 5th, so we walked if they are too busy for our business. I emailed SEVERAL dealers and then today called and spoke with Mr. Jack Kim. He was SO nice and said bring all of the written emails and they will see what they could do. (I had some seriously great prices.) They matched the price, and beat it by just under a $100. We knew they were cutting profit by matching this price. Jack Kim, and his manager Ray, could NOT have been ANY NICER!!! We would go back there first to purchase another car, if we needed one. I thought it was the most pleasant experience purchasing a car ever. We previously had walked out on 2 others for games and the 'run around'. Thank you MR. JACK KIM!! You were awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
