We talked to John Kraniotis about the 2024 Tucson we were interested in and he let us know right away when the car arrived. It was exctly the one we were looking for and was ready upon our arrival. The gentleman who worked with us to keep us updated was nothing but professional and helpful. However we arrived at 8am for a scheduled appointment and were told that appointments later than us showed up e nothing but professional and helpful. We were then informed that they were short-staffed and would do their best to get to us ASAP. In all we waited 2 hours for our oil change. More
