excellent salesman I was really not looking forward to purchasing a new car - because of past negative experience with pushy auto sales people. However my interaction with my salesman - John Kraniotis was truly an exception to past experiences. He was straightforward and honest - I told him what I was looking for and he got right to the point. He was thorough and very informative of what Hyundai had to offer in its Elantra model - which I appreciated. It did not take long to find the car I ended up purchasing. Again I would highly recommend him. He was helpful in setting up my phone and showing me the many features the Elantra has to offer. He told me I could back anytime to go over anything I was not sure of. I will be calling him to do that in the near future. More
