Great experience at AutoNation. They were very accommodating, solved problems professionally and went out of their way to make the experience a good one. They were very accommodating, solved problems professionally and went out of their way to make the experience a good one. More

He needed to talk to his manager and said he'd get back to me. Received a call back from Brent (manager) and we reviewed numbers, have him VIN for my trade and told him I could be there in an hour. He said he would review the deal that was submitted and call me back. Several hours later right before they close he calls me back and tells me he sold it to someone else that came in after we spoke. He told me that being there in person takes precedent and was more important than what I spoke to him about earlier and submitted online. I told him that was a poor way to treat customers and he should’ve treated our deal with the same respect. He told me that he disagrees and was not going to turn that guy away….but ironically just did it to me. He was unapologetic, rude, condescending and when confronted with facts just got louder and more belligerent. He refused to listen or acknowledge his poor handling and hung up on me. Moments later I get an email from the original salesperson telling me the vehicle just sold. BUYER BEWARE…..THEY EPITOMIZE DIRTY CAR DEALER! More
James was fantastic and no nonsense like other dealerships we met in middle with pricing. We weren’t there for hours back and forth haggling. That being said the car didn’t come when expected but dealerships we met in middle with pricing. We weren’t there for hours back and forth haggling. That being said the car didn’t come when expected but Zachary went to Wisconsin to get me a car but there were not mats of any kind and had to be ordered. Asked them to detail car because he was flying down highway by the amount of bugs that were all over front and sticker residue all over. Gas was topped off and bugs were rinsed but not completely removed, nor was sticky residue removed so improvements in delivery are needed. Johnny was also nice and helpful and the final finance guy was very knowledgeable and explained things very thoroughly… Overall they get the kinks out of the delivery and service aspects I believe they would be the best dealership HYUNDAI has in the area! Even though there was construction; service was on time and staff was courteous and professional. Even got a thank you note in my vehicle for putting up with construction. and staff was courteous and professional. Even got a thank you note in my vehicle for putting up with construction. More

My appointment was for 1:00 p,m, and I presented myself at 12:50. I reminded the team that I also requested for shuttle to take me home. After several reminders, I finally got the ride at 1:25 p.m. I at 12:50. I reminded the team that I also requested for shuttle to take me home. After several reminders, I finally got the ride at 1:25 p.m. I was told the service would take an average of 2 hours and 30 minutes so I was surprised to get a call at 3:30 that the car was ready and the shuttle would be arriving soon. I live about 8 minutes drive from the dealership so I called at 4:00 to check on where my drive was. I was told the car just left about 3 minutes ago. I made several more similar calls and got answers like the shuttle would be dliving in 2..then 3...then 5 minutes. As 5:00 got closer, I started calling all the numbers I could find to no avail and finally, I called the salesperson who helped me purchased the Elantra. I also had to call him twice but finally, he told me the car was on the way. The driver could tell I was very very upset and I told him this was the worst experience I ever had. He, Manny, explained that there were other customers waiting and that you were short of staff. Understood. But how many times I called and nobody told me anything other than "it's on the way". If the people were transparent to tell me the real issues, I would understand. But Manny calmed me down. I understood the problems and I would have understood them and I wouldn't be upset. Thank you. Generally speaking, I hate the traditional car buying process that requires extensive pricing research and negotiation in order to buy a car at a fair price without feeling taken advantage of. I recentl process that requires extensive pricing research and negotiation in order to buy a car at a fair price without feeling taken advantage of. I recently purchased a car from Hyundai AutoNation for my daughter to take to college with her. I bought this car through the Costco car purchase program (for which Hyundai AutoNation is a participant). It was by far the least stressful car buying experience I've ever had! From initial contact to driving the new car home was a matter of a couple of days with only one visit to the dealership needed. My time was respected and there was absolutely no pressure or "sleight of hand" typical with other dealers. Obviously, I am very pleased and highly recommend! More
