The end result of my last visit was very good. And Manny made me understand why what happened happened. But my issue was not about the service done on my Elantra but how I was treated by your team. All those times that I called to check on the status of the shuttle, I was given the run-around. If I was told that the car would not be here in 2 or 3 or 5 minutes, I would gladly wait till you had the time. But as I explained earlier, I waited from the only time I got the call at 3:30 that the shuttle was coming. I put plans on hold, If I didn't nag Zacharias 3 times, I wonder if anybody would have come to pick me up by 5:00. Maybe your team just take customer service for granted, You can check with David P at Patrick Hyundai in Schaumburg how loyal I have been to the brand. I've bought Elantra, Venue, and recently 2021 Tucson and though I had to wait on some occasions, I was told what was happening. this is the difference. But thank you for reaching out.
