Immediately upon entering the dealership, Matt (the manager) warmly greeted us and introduced us to Juan. Working with Juan was an absolute pleasure. I thought, there is no way I’m buying that gas guzzler and stated my opinion to both of them. My wife liked this Santa Fe because it was very roomy and would be nice when traveling with our grandkids. Juan informed us it is available in a hybrid. Well, a few minutes later we were test driving it. I called Juan late in the evening the next day to make an appointment. Upon arrival, Juan had the Calligraphy waiting for us. It’s in our driveway now. It was late in the evening, Juan and the financial team stayed beyond closing hours to help us drive our new car home. We offered to come back the next day because it was late but the whole team was very gracious, friendly and accommodating. Juan prepared the vehicle for us when we worked with the financial manager (he was wonderful also). I’ll mention there was a slight hitch hooking the vehicle up to Bluetooth. Juan and another salesman (don’t recall his name, but he attended Purdue University) both worked together and rectified the issue quickly and competently. Great teamwork.
