The Dealership and sales people are great. Sale people & sales manager are so easy to work with. Service has had a problem this past year with getting mechanics to work. They seem get behind and cannot satisfy the customers that are in need of warranty of necessary service items. Regular service seems to run fairly smooth. When it comes to service repair work you need to have the talent and dedication to the job to make the dealership service area run a lot smoother. Good mechanics are hard to come by and they should be paid for their expertise and again dedication to helping the customer. More

With an issue that has been ongoing for couple months, the team at the dealership worked with us to get it resolved! It was a true team effort & although a small issue they made me feel like I was the on the team at the dealership worked with us to get it resolved! The dealership has a very open atmosphere but, peaceful. The way the departments are arranged allows you to enjoy the feel of the space you're in without distraction. My advice to upper management (GM, Sales) is to not allow the process to become somewhat airy for the customer by steadily looking them in the eye across the room and NOT ONCE coming over to congratulate or speak to them after or during the sale. I didn't mention during my purchase that I recently came from 19 years in the auto industry (from sales to management). The general manager on a slow day, which this was, makes it their business to personally thank the customer for their business. But here, even after the sale, still nothing! The upper management individuals just sits, stares and ignores the customer spending thousands of dollars in their dealership. At least try to look like you appreciate your guest. Anyways... ???other than that, the salesman was very efficient, we were in and out in about 3 or so hours. This is our 4th Hyundai, 3rd Santa Fe and one Elantra. We are a Hyundai family who purchased from Hendricks in the past (great experience) so considering AutoNation was a big decision for us. I would like to thank those who showed gratitude and appreciation for our purchase. More
