Robert Bailey came through in a number of ways to get the car I wanted. 1- found a low mileage Certified Palisade in Las Vegas with a light interior and had it shipped to Hilton Head Hyundai. 2- had the car I wanted. 1- found a low mileage Certified Palisade in Las Vegas with a light interior and had it shipped to Hilton Head Hyundai. 2- had the car detailed to a higher standard. 3- drove the car to my house so I'd have it for arriving family. 4- is having a full interior door panel replace due to undisclosed damage. 5- will have a second smart key fob made for me that was supposed to come with the car. The Las Vegas Hyundai dealership did not live up to a reliable standard but Robert at HHI Hyundai is coming through. Robert has a quiet, calm manner of sales and helpfully explains all the car's features. He is also waiting for any future questions I might, probably will have. Thank you Robert, you are a salesman all people like to work with. More

Wonderful service from the mechanics and the service desk. Explained everything, kept me informed about my car problems and were courteous and polite.
