Worst Customer Service EVER!!! For me it was truly a NIGHTMARE car buying experience! Management does absolutely nothing to correct their many errors and now ignores me to make it g For me it was truly a NIGHTMARE car buying experience! But it's not going away because I drove off the lot immediately needing over $1,400.00 in repairs and maintenance to my newly "used" car purchase. I took the car back to them to be looked at, at THEIR CONVENIENCE. After I sat and waited ALL day, the Sales Manager decided not to have their Service Dept look at the vehicle because they suspected that I needed major repairs! Yep! 2 Busted Ball Joint Boots! His excuse was he already paid the Service Dept to do a used car inspection. Frankily, he shouldn't brag about such if the Service Dept is to incompetent to see busted boots. I left there and took the car to Grainger Nissan for an oil change and they noticed the busted boots immediately! Btw, Grainger is the BOMB! You know something shaddy is going on when the sales manager will not even have their own Service Dept look at the car! In addition, my tag work was incorrect, my gap paperwork was incorrect. It's now been over 30 days and my warranty paperwork has yet to arrive. A mananger has yet to return my calls, emails and fax! I've requested that the useless warranty be canceled, yet again I'm totally ignored!! So they will not have to cancel! I'm beginning to think that these people go out of their way to provide the ABSOLUTE WORST Customer Service EVER!!! More

I received a same day quick appointment,, received a loaner for no additional charge and service was completed a day earlier. Cons- In the past I revived military veterans discount, however this time loaner for no additional charge and service was completed a day earlier. Cons- In the past I revived military veterans discount, however this time around I was told there is no longer veterans discount due to the vast amount of veterans in the area. That didn’t make sense to me, but definitively a turn off for future service, if I could get a better deal somewhere else. Either way, thank you for the good service. Semper Fi and God speed. More
The financier was dishonest and blatantly lied to my wife and I during the signing phase. He stated a $2,000 warranty would cover repairs on the vehicle for 2 years with a $0 deductible. He also stated the warranty would dramatically reduce the interest rate, so my wife and I accepted it. Turns out, he sold us essentially a $2,000 oil change plan. When confronted with this, Peacock Hyundai refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing on their part. The blatant dishonesty is not something anyone should have to deal with making such a large financial investment. More

Problem was identified as torsion bar(s) malfunction in Sonata vehicle trunks, the subject of outstanding Class Action lawsuit. Service personnel could not repair, necessitating ordering replacement parts. This was done without any hassle, and repair completed in very timely matter.
