Serenity was amazing. She kept me informed and made sure everything was done according to the order. After she called me to pick up the car she noticed something wasn’t done. With one exception over the past dozen or so years at this dealership, Mickey has always provided a great service experience. The wash/vacuum experience was a notch above and that the service all that mu this dealership, Mickey has always provided a great service experience. Oil change-tire rotation went fine, my past regular maintenance visits all fluids were check but not this time... no car wash or vacuum/sanitize....as before when Peacock owned it.
