I have had my Genesis serviced there for the past 10 years the service was always great, just extended the warranty on my car for 3 more years. Pleasant and courteous. The service did take longer than I was told, which was frustrating. The advisor apologized and because it was for a recall, I imagine, it was hard to be exact.
