Called for an appointment as their online appointment for servicing did not work. I made an appointment for a 90,000 mile check up and first appointment was three weeks out. When I dropped off the car, they servicing did not work. I made an appointment for a 90,000 mile check up and first appointment was three weeks out. When I dropped off the car, they had the wrong type of service noted- oil change and tire rotation- nothing else. They then told me I would need to leave the car overnight. Thank goodness the person who dropped me off waited and I was free the next to pick up. If I had plans this would have been an issue. Car was ready the next day as promised before noon and servicing was fine. They need to train the people on the phone to understand what a customer needs and the amount of time it takes. More
