My car was recalled and I had to have the trunk latch fixed. They did it in a timely manner and were very polite and professional. They were no help whatsoever. My husband was dying and I had to drive to Charleston which is a considerable distance from my home in Bluffton for an operation that I had to go to an independent station to have it fixed. I made an appointment and it took them one day. Because of that I’m never going to buy another Hyundai although all my last cars were that brand. Have they been more sympathetic and tried to help in someway it would have made a difference. I More
