Auto Nation purchased the dealership in Hardeeville where I’d bought my Santa Fe last year. I was concerned about the change in ownership when I brought my car in for its first (free!) scheduled maintenance I’d bought my Santa Fe last year. I was concerned about the change in ownership when I brought my car in for its first (free!) scheduled maintenance. NO NEED TO BE WORRIED! The young man that was my service advisor was absolutely top-notch…I’m only sorry I’ve forgotten his name. Service was prompt, thorough, and my car was even washed afterwards! More
$75 to replace a tail light bulb and 2 weeks later it stopped working. With an appointment, I waited over 2 hours for the bulb, oil change and tire rotation. Also they didn’t wash my car like they did stopped working. With an appointment, I waited over 2 hours for the bulb, oil change and tire rotation. Couldn’t wait for appointment to get routine service. Walked in for service and was out in a bit over an hour. Everyone is very nice. New location waiting are us very comfy. Walked in for service and was out in a bit over an hour. Everyone is very nice. New location waiting are us very comfy. More
After mustering enough restraint to pointedly but politely tell the internet sales rep I wanted nothing further to do with this group - today I was again pestered by (I assume) an auto-email from the politely tell the internet sales rep I wanted nothing further to do with this group - today I was again pestered by (I assume) an auto-email from their GM requesting that if he, John, could not help me with my vehicle purchase (already happened, and NOT here), to please let him know how my experience was. So here is how my experience was, as copy & pasted, with names removed, from the same response sent to this fellow: "Hi; Well unfortunately if you’re unaware of how this played out you should consult the ‘sales professional’ I ended up with on the phone - he assured me he would play it for his manager after I began to admittedly use extreme profanity as I had already advised him that no, his suggestions were neither satisfactory explanation nor resolution for the issues at hand. I contacted the lot and began speaking with 'XXXXX' about an auto I was repeatedly assured was fully inspected, priced (though that had to be checked multiple times, and changed multiple times), and ready to go. I was invited to come see it that day - as it worked out the next weekend was the closest time that could work. THEN, that following weekend, I was notified the car was yet to even be inspected, contacted by a sales person via telephone - a man whose name I have blissfully forgotten - and began to hear the usual spiel we all know (as I tried explaining to this dunderhead that works or worked for you; I have previously been in the business of car sales and do not care to be spoken to with a great deal of sales jargon when the answers are simple) - I grew tired of this, cut him off, was cut off in return with the assurance that ‘my business was no longer welcomed and he would definitely be playing this for his manager’ (slightly paraphrased) before hanging up. I had decided to let this matter lie as it was as I have moved on and very happily bought an entirely different vehicle of a different make and model. Now that I have once again been bothered about this matter after being so firmly told my business is not needed at your dealership - well, I feel absolutely compelled to review the dealership on all platforms possible ASAP. Very, very sincerely; -X" *Please note, I lend this daft madhouse of unintelligence a rating of one star, as there is nothing lower available. I've seen amoebas under a microscope who had their act together more than this lot. More
