NEVER use this dealer! They sold me a 100,000 mile, 10 year warranty and will not honor their commitment. I have 77,500 miles on my Equus. A parking sensor broke and they claim it is part of the trim package and not covered by warranty. I maintain it is part of the electronic and safety system and should be covered. They want $1200 to replace the sensor and the front bumper! How can you deal with any company that doesn't honor their warranty? Another issue was communication. I took the car in 4-5 months ago and they had to order the sensor. It came in and nobody contacted me. I had to call them months later only to learn the part had come in but nobody bothered to call me. More

Tracked down the car I wanted and kept me informed while I waited for its delivery. Answered all my questions, gave me a very good price on my trade-in, and transferred my tags. I bought a car here about 3 years ago and some of my experience was not very appealing. Some pressure, some run around. I finally got a deal I could accept. When I came this time, my experience was much better with my salesman, Tommy and his boss, Mike Butt. My only complaint is that my payment ended up being $10 more per month than I had agreed on when it come time to sign the contract. More
I did not ask for "out of the door" price before coming to dealership (big mistake) and it cost me additional $1250 for some "mandatory" insurance protection nobody need. I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealer. I test drove a Hyundai Santa Fe and the salesman told me the tire pressure light was on. He said he would get that taken care of. After the test drive I liked the car and told him I wanted to purchase it. While we were doing the paperwork, he said he would get the car detailed and get the tire pressure light taken care of. We spent several hours there waiting for our turn to get the paperwork finalized. After everything was done and we were ready to drive out. The salesman told us that we would have to deal with getting the light fixed because they had checked the tire pressure and everything was good. At this point I was not happy and Anthony could tell. He asked me what I wanted him to tell them, I said they should fix it. He said he could go ask them if they want to split the repair cost with me, I was shocked at that response so I told him to not even worry about it. I was just ready to leave at this point. This is totally wrong, but I liked the car so I drove out of there with it. The next day, I checked the tire pressure in all 4 tires. they were all different and some by more than 5 lbs. Either they didn't check the tire pressures, or they didn't care that they were not all the same. The light is still on after getting all of the tire pressures the same as the recommended pressure on the car. I know this is a minor detail, but the price I paid for the vehicle was top of the price range and it should have been taken care of. Not Happy with this dealership. More

Hyundai Hilton Head is always amazing. I’ve bought 3 cars from there, and Anthony Lucas is absolutely fabulous.
