We stopped at our Hilton Head Hyundai dealer "just to look" and ended up leasing your Sonata. Frank made it easy by explaining everything the car had to offer. As for Frank, he was one of the most knowledgeable gentlemen we have ever met. He was completely aware of everything the car could offer us and continually proved it by being available to explain any of its "bells and whisles" and in always being available to take our telephone calls to answer any of our many questions. When it was necessary for a hands on explanation, Frank came to our house to explain in person. He never lost patience with these two novices and always gave his full attention to whatever we did not understand.The other representatives, Amgelo and Matthew, were equally available and kept reminding us that all of them were there for us also! Frank Randazzo is a credit to your company and a great representative for Hyundai. As you know, I seldom buy a new car, but decided to do so in this case and I have to tell you that if buying new was this easy all the ti pleasure. Linda is thrilled with the Genesis, so now I am probably going to be forced to drive the Azera, not that there is anything wrong with the Azera. Although initially friendly, as soon as the sale was completed, the friendliness ended. One vehicle had a potentially dangerous flaw; but dealer refused to fix it in order to complete the sale. Paperwork promised to me as not arrived, meaning I will have to take off more work, and if it does not arrive within a week, I will have to pay a 10% penalty for their lack of organization. Not fair. This is my second Hyundai. My first was a 2006 Azera, this one a 2009 Genesis. All the work done in the past three years has been at this dealership, and they've been a non-pressuring low-key group who h this one a 2009 Genesis. The cars have been excellent, Matt Meyer a fine saleaman, servive mamager Brian has taken good care of the work performed and everyone else has been friendly and accomodating.
