We stopped at our Hilton Head Hyundai dealer "just to look" and ended up leasing your Sonata. Frank made it easy by explaining everything the car had to offer. He was completely aware of everything the car could offer us and continually proved it by being available to explain any of its "bells and whisles" and in always being available to take our telephone calls to answer any of our many questions. When it was necessary for a hands on explanation, Frank came to our house to explain in person. He never lost patience with these two novices and always gave his full attention to whatever we did not understand.The other representatives, Amgelo and Matthew, were equally available and kept reminding us that all of them were there for us also! Although initially friendly, as soon as the sale was completed, the friendliness ended. One vehicle had a potentially dangerous flaw; but dealer refused to fix it in order to complete the sale. All the work done in the past three years has been at this dealership, and they've been a non-pressuring low-key group who h this one a 2009 Genesis.
