Jibron Charles is super knowledgeable concerning vehicles and their features. He is ver personable, courteous and helpful. My service appointment was for a recall repair. I had a separate question about a tire pressure indicator light but wasn't given a chance to bring it up. The waiting area had plenty of comfortable chairs and was clean but NOISY: two TVs within 10 feet of each other playing different programs, plus loud music from the sales showroom, plus the door to the service garage closing with a loud bang frequently and randomly.I appreciated that the ladies' room was very clean. At the end of my appointment, I received much more attention (to discuss $3,200 worth of recommended repairs). More
