The service person who waiter on me was very helpful explaining what was going on with my car right. He told me a needed a new rim. It was ordered and he let me know when it would be in. It was in in two days. I was very pleased with the service with no charge.. Sorry I remember his name, but I’m sure it’s documented on my invoice. kudos to him!
