I called all over the state of Alabama to get my sunroof repaired because it flew off due to a recall that Hyundai would not honor. No one could help me. My car had a known engine defect from the manufacturer. On four occasions, I took the car to the service department due to very obvious issues related to the engine. Each time, they completed and charged me for unnecessary services that were unrelated to the known issue, and each time they assured me that it was safe to drive. Each time, they assured me that when the engine ultimately failed, they would replace it at no cost. I believed them. Finally, the engine seized. I had it towed, only to find out that they would not replace the engine as they'd assured me they would. The vehicle had been unsafe to drive, and they'd misled me about the repairs. Had they been open and transparent up front about options and safety, I would have been glad to work with them. More
Service was fine. Had longer due to a part ordered. What I don’t understand is when I called the dealership…told them engine light and oil light on and I was scared to drive it. I tried calling back and could not get through so I booked online and got in NEXT DAY! Why if I go online I get in. Overall, a great experience with the sales staff and finance staff. However, I think that the detailing department needs some improvements. There folding rest arm in the back seat had liquid candy all o finance staff. However, I think that the detailing department needs some improvements. The headlights had a haze that I was able to remove some with toothpaste(peroxide and baking soda do the trick). Also note that the gas tank was only a quarter full. Maybe a good idea to fill when someone buys a car. Just my opinion. More

i went to this dealership because of a vehicle they had online for sale, when i arrived was told that they were not going to sale that vehicle. found another vehicle onsite and asked if i could look at it, online for sale, when i arrived was told that they were not going to sale that vehicle. found another vehicle onsite and asked if i could look at it, was told i could not have the keys to look at it because they had someone that was suppose to show up and look at it, i told them you have a cash buyer here now and your turning me away for a maybe buyer, said scheduled person should be there at 3 and if that person did not show up they would call me. person was a no show, and dealer did not call me, i drove back and had to go ask again, took 4hrs to complete deal, radio does not work, had them write in a we owe radio on sales paper, but i was never given a date as to when i would get radio repaired, i still cant get an answer. also, dealership was a mess, i seen goodwill with better furniture than what they had, if your going to keep a customer for 4hrs at least make if comfortable, chairs were falling apart, ripped up, folding tables out everywhere. More
