A representative from AutoNation Hyundai Columbus called me the same evening I posted my review and offered me a free Service if I would edit my review and give 4 or 5 stars. I declined the offer. That is wrong in so many ways. The service department gave me a copy of the service invoice and the first thing on it said they performed a free multi point inspection. That was a bald faced lie. No vehicle could be returned to customer 1 quart low on engine oil if the actual inspection was performed. Because of this offer to bribe with a free service to raise my rating, I now give them 1 star.
