The Escape I purchased from AN Honda crapped out just at the year mark of having it. I went to AN Hyundai to look at a car I saw online. That car had key fob issues so I couldn't see it. Needing a car AS the year mark of having it. I went to AN Hyundai to look at a car I saw online. That car had key fob issues so I couldn't see it. Needing a car ASAP, I ended up with a car that was more than I planned on spending. Fast forward 2 weeks..there's already an issue with the car. Contacted the 2 people in sales I worked with. Was told to call service for an appt. They couldn't get me in for a week so now I'm frustrated. Sales couldn't help me..."nothing they could do". Went back and asked for the service manager. The Service manager was very nice and had my car looked at right away. Easy fix I'm told..can do it that day and it would be $500 and that was a discounted price. I decided to bring it home and take care of the situation because I didn't have that to spend. Car gets fixed..runs fine for a week. Fiance and his 17 yo daughter are headed north to bring her home from her summer visit. 3 hours into the ride the car bucks and there's a fireball as they're still in the car driving on the highway. Thankfully they both got out okay. The car...not so much. Mind you I haven't had the car a month yet. Haven't even gotten the tags. I have made my first payment. They sold me a car that could've killed them both. And I'm back to not having a car. Never again will I get a car from Auto Nation. 2 cars in 12 months...both ended up being crap. (My Rav 4 lasted me 20 years before I had to get rid of it. ) More

Sales person was great, not that thrilled with management. Car is in good condition but, according to vin, dealer probably had less than $2000 so they made over 300% on deal. But, in these times of high used car prices, who knows. I did refer a neighbor and am supposed to get a $100 referral fee. Not received yet. More
