I wish their vehicle inspections on the vehicles they are selling were more thorough. The truck I checked out had the back of the headlight unscrewed and disconnected when I lifted the hood. An easy fix but if I didn't check, it would have rattled and potentially caused issues - makes me concerned about other items they checked as that was very noticeable. The staff was friendly in the service & parts departments but my appointment did not go well. When I booked installation for side boards on my SUV I was told it was a quick, straightforward job. After arriving on time, then waiting for 30 minutes, someone came out and told me it would take 3 hours and cost $615 for the installation. At first I thought that included the cost of the side boards themselves ($500) but no, it was just for the installation. That seemed way too much and I felt as though I was being taken advantage of. The resulting situation, I’m looking for a mechanic to do the install of these factory side boards I have already paid for. More
