Larry was awesome in communicating with me and fixing the issues of my vehicle. I got it back earlier than expected. However there was a slight issue with my vehicle after I received it which I do not apprec issues of my vehicle. I got it back earlier than expected. However there was a slight issue with my vehicle after I received it which I do not appreciate. It was a wire that was pulled out from my navigation system that stalled it and made it stop working. I still haven’t got it fixed because no one wanted to check it without proving to me on a video feed it wasn’t touched so I would be charged for it. I wasn’t wanting a free service I just needed it fixed. I was given the run around for days and attitude on the last to the point where I just gave up. Will I come back? Yes. It’s the dealership closest to me. Will I recommend to others? Yes. Larry was amazing and I can only entrust him with fixing it. But I am upset that I was being accused of trying to steal services by another employee More
