I was pretty impressed with how quickly I was able to drop my car off for service. Larry was not only helpful but very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of taking note of my car’s issues as well as k drop my car off for service. We have bought several vehicles from AutoNation, formerly Carl Gregory. I must say things were great. Sim Thomas (salesman) was friendly and met my needs. Nigel was our salesman and he was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, likeable, and genuine. He helped us over a course of a week to find the car that we loved. Managers were rude from the start to finish! Horrid! Someone screwed up the deal, took two months to get my check for my trade in, had to go back to the dealer five times, asked to talk to the G Horrid! Someone screwed up the deal, took two months to get my check for my trade in, had to go back to the dealer five times, asked to talk to the General Manager and he got mad and said he was in meetings, and he waived me off to a sales manager. I asked General Manager to make an appointment to explain what was going on (that two months later I did not have my trade in check) and he got mad and said the sales manager can do everything I can. How dare him treat a paying customer like that. Also when I called, texted, and emailed sales and finance multiple times, they stopped replying and helping fix the problems. Website says come speak to me, the General Manger, with any issues, that is not true. Terrible from sales to service. Cannot believe this happened and not once did the General Manager or Sales Manager even give a xxxx or speak to me about it. I will neve recommend AutionNation Hyundai in Columbus, Georgia, to anyone. I will take my vehicle to another dealer for any future service. Shame on them. Salesman (Hunter) who quit because of management issues and the person who actually did the purchase and finance papers were great, JR, as I finally got him to talk to me and sit down and he made it happen for my $6565 check in an hour (after 2 months). Terrible treatment of a customer (me) who purchased a NEW vehicle. I cannot believe all the managers treat customers this way and they don't give a xxxx about the sales and problems. I am also still waiting for my trade to be paid off so now I have two car payments (trade in on August 13) and my new car. Two payments cause AutoNation Hyundai or whatever accounting office did not get something right. Also, my vehicle windshield was half dirty, plastic wadded up under the passenger seat, and a gash in the center of my steering wheel (I did not notice till 20 minutes later when I got home. Also, they overpaid incorrectly my vehicle tags price, so I have an extra $541 on my car loan that I will see if Hyundais fixes. Overally, where is my interest on nearly $7000 that that kept of my money. I won't get it. Tragic again. Sorry to say, but I am a retired Army officer and retired Federal and how dare they treat me or another like that. Not sure if happens to everyone, but this is my experience there. More
