★☆☆☆☆ – Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had We purchased a 2025 Palisade advertised with 22 miles; it actually had 1,300. There were tint bubbles and a chipped mirror. Salesman Tremaine Boswell an purchased a 2025 Palisade advertised with 22 miles; it actually had 1,300. There were tint bubbles and a chipped mirror. Salesman Tremaine Boswell and internet associate Shareena Housey promised repairs, but the vehicle came back with even more issues: more tint bubbles, scratches, and a dent. Calls to Tremaine, Shareena, and the GM went unanswered. When we returned (4-hour drive), Shareena was extremely rude. After hours of waiting, the mirror still wasn’t fixed, and the driver door panel was now torn. Managers Donnell Williams and Reggie Stutson apologized and told us to use a local dealer, but no one in Columbus will answer their calls either. My brand-new car was damaged multiple times by this dealership. Buyer beware. More

The service person who waiter on me was very helpful explaining what was going on with my car right. He told me a needed a new rim. It was ordered and he let me know when it would be in. I was very pleased with the service with no charge.. Sorry I remember his name, but I’m sure it’s documented on my invoice. kudos to him! More

Courtney in the service area at the Columbus Ga Hyundai dealership was so very helpful and pleasant to deal with when it came to helping us with our automobile. Disappointment with the service I recently received at the dealership concerning my rotation of my tires. I took my car for service July 26,2025 and had to bring back July 28, 2025. Was told everything wa the dealership concerning my rotation of my tires. I took my car for service July 26,2025 and had to bring back July 28, 2025. Was told everything was ok but later to find out they said I had a bubble in my tires. Could they have seen this on Saturday. I don’t understand. I had to purchase a tire because of their negligence.
